Legs, Bums & Tums

Mondays, 6-7pm

Does exactly what it says! A 45 minute workout to hit those exact areas. This class has a bunch of many different standing exercises and floor exercises to help tone up those key areas. Open to all ages and fitness levels so anyone can feel the burn!

Pilates

Tuesdays, 6-7pm

Strengthen those muscles that support the spine (neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance to your body. Most body aches and pains are due to muscular imbalance. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility and strengthen the body from the inside out.

Maximum H.I.I.T.

Tuesdays, 7-7.45pm

Constantly challenge yourself in a fast-paced environment that works your whole body. Beat the clock and set personal bests with a combination of cardiovascular and conditioning exercises at a series of work stations.

Boxing Circuit

Wednesdays, 7-8pm

Circuit based class with boxing based exercises included. These include hook and jab pads, hitting body pads and hitting the speed ball. It's a great workout and will leave you feeling like you have worked hard. It is also a great stress-buster!
