I have been working in the sports industry for over 5 years now. I take great pride in personalising workouts and teaming up with each individual client to get the results they want. I am consistently researching best practices into developing innovative, ‘outside the box’ and invigorating ways to keep fitness exciting.

Personal Trainer

I am a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and have been since November 2010. In February 2015, I completed a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Certification. I love training with kettlebells and I am so enthusiastic about health and training and love motivating people to show them their full potential.

Personal Trainer

I have had a lifelong interest in sport, health and fitness and believe that exercise and sport should be readily accessible to all! This interest recently led me to acquire a fitness instructor’s and personal trainers qualification and I continue to develop knowledge and skills in this area. I have been a member of 3BX since May 2005, employed there since January 2015 and understand the needs and aspirations of its members. I enjoy working with groups and individuals within the gym and in fitness classes ,helping them to achieve their personal goals.
