Timings:

Doors open 6pm

Guests may either visit subject areas or wait for Talk 1 in Main Hall

6.25pm Bell for Talk 1

6.30pm Talk 1 starts in Main Hall (500 max)

6.55pm Talk 1 ends

Visits to subject areas

7.25pm – Bell for Talk 2

7.30 Talk 2 starts in Main Hall

7.55pm Talk 2 ends

8pm Bell for the end of the evening
